Trys išskirtiniai Baltijos šalių kūrėjų pasirodymai su lietuvių ansambliu „Vilnius Synaesthesis“ It is with three exceptional formations, promising or renowned, that a panorama of creative music in the Baltic countries is presented this evening. With the Lithuanian ensemble of Vilnius Synaesthesis, an adventurous and virtuoso multidimensional journey through contemporary Baltic music is presented in the image of Latvian composer Linda Leimane's piece Architectonics of a Crystal Soul (2022). A sound and poetic environment of an imaginary city is offered to us. The Ensemble for New Music from Tallinn offers, from Estonia this time, a program that goes well beyond the spectral music which this ensemble has made one of its favorite repertoires. Finally, the Latvian Radio Choir, a Latvian Radio choir, performs various pieces for voice, including the moving Deer's Cry by Arvo Pärt (2007). Between female and male composers in search of new writing, Ars Musica invites us to discover the sound geography of Baltic music.
